How does meet and greet works?
You give the car park provider a call 20 to 30
minutes before you arrive at the terminal. The
driver meets you, confirms your details and parks
your car securely. When you return, you call them
after you've picked up all your luggage. They, then
return your car to you.
What if my flight is delayed, changed or cancelled?
If the company have your return flight number
then they will be able to monitor your flight
status. For flight cancellations, tell them your new
flight number and estimated arrival time.
What uniform do the drivers wear?
A high visible jacket normally with the company logo.
How secure is the online payment system?
The online payments are made through a secure payment system using WorldPay or PayPal. You will get a confirmation email regarding your booking, please retain it for your records and future reference. WorldPay and PayPal are most popular and highly trusted companies and they both are certified and approved by several financial institutions and their security controls are based on current industry standards.

Can I make a last-minute booking?
Yes, Last-minute booking are also acceptable, and will be treated like normal bookings, you will get a confirmation of your booking via e-mail.
Are the drivers insured?
Anyone who will be dealing with your vehicle will be fully insured.
What is the refund notice period?
Minimum notice period for the refunds is 24 hours before the booking time. Refund only be issued when the appropriate notice is given, however, Refund policy may vary from product to product, please refer to our terms and conditions for further information regarding this.
Why is a week calculated as 8 days and 2 weeks calculated as 15 days?
Our website takes your departure and return day as full day; hence a full week period will be 8 days inclusive and a two weeks period will be 15 days inclusive. Please be noted that this is based on all car parks pricing structure.
What happens if I return early?
If you return early contact the service provider and they will arrange your vehicle to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Can I book by telephone?
Yes, you can book by telephone by calling our admin team in office hours (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Please provide them with all the details like your full name, address, phone number, correct flight details, time and dates, terminal numbers and flight numbers if applicable.
How I will get the confirmation of my booking?
You will get the confirmation of your booking by email address you provided. You will also get a unique reference number generated by our website, make a note of it, and provide to company if you need to contact them at any step of your booking.
What should I do if I have lost my confirmation?
Please contact customer service by calling or sending an email (yessap1423@gmail.com)
Don’t worry if you cannot remember the reference number of your booking, provide us with your name, address, phone number, vehicle registration number, vehicle details like color, make and model and payment details. We will find your details and send you a confirmation e mail again if needed.
